FAQ

FAQ
What if the simulated spectrum does not match the experiment?

We apply Boltzmann weighting under your experimental conditions — solvent, temperature, conformational distribution — instead of computing a single bare conformer, keeping peak position deviations within the SLA range.

How long does it take?

3–5 days for routine molecular systems, 5–7 days for large systems or excited states. 5% penalty per day of delay.

Can you help answer reviewer questions on mechanism?

Yes. The final review report includes mechanism diagrams and energy data that you can use directly in your response letter.

Can the data be reproduced?

Includes the Computational Traceability Report: basis sets, functionals and solvent models are all archived and traceable for life.
