Key Terms of the Error Rate <2%, Project Delay Rate <2% Commitment Letter (Summary)
- Clause 1: The delivery period follows the Computing Proposal attached to the contract; each day of delay incurs a penalty of 5% of the contract value.
- Clause 2: If key results (energy, energy barriers, structural parameters) deviate by more than 2% from the agreed benchmark, the client may request a full refund.
- Clause 3: All input files, software versions and convergence criteria are delivered together with the Computational Traceability Report and remain traceable for life.
- Clause 4: Delivered data is signed off by the Delivery Director, who bears primary responsibility for data quality.
